 RETURN POLICY

We accept all returns. You have 14 days from receiving your order to arrange your return, book your complimentary collection and have your items sent back to us. The items must be returned unworn, with their initial packaging (box, dust bags, etc.) and with the MWM tag still attached on it. If you don't comply with these criteria, we won't be able to accept your return.

  • How can I return items from the UK? It's free!

Very simple! go to the “My Orders” section of your account, find the order then click on “Create a return" and then select the item you wish to return.

After you make this request we will send you a return sticker to attach to your package to send back to us. Please be sure to include:

- the product you want to return in it's original packaging
- the completed returns form (to be cut out from your delivery form).

  • How can I return items from a different country than the UK?
Very simple! go to the “My Orders” section of your account, find the order then click on “Create a return" and then select the item you wish to return. The return cost is at your charge. 
  • I have not received the confirmation email or the return form, what should I do?

Please contact us at myorder@mywardrobemistakes.com or if you want to change or cancel the return.

  • When will I get my refund?

A soon as we receive your package (usually takes between 3-8 business days) we will check that your return adhere's to our return policy and immediately process the refund. You will get the total cost that you paid for the item refunded, minus the shipping costs.

Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your bank account.
